LIONS CRYPTO s.r.o (LLC), is interested in raising funds in the form of loans from various lenders in different amounts and different repayment plans to finance the Company’s new projects and expansions, hereinafter called “The Company”

The Company is accepting from various global lenders to lend money in the form of USDT only. The Company accepts any amount with the repayment option of 6 months, 12 months and 18 months through the Company’s website and/or the platform/portal, the Lenders hereinafter called “the Lender”

Both the above Parties have agreed with the following terms and conditions:

ARTICLE 1: THE PREAMBLE

The above preceding preamble is part of this contract

ARTICLE 2: LOAN AMOUNT & CURRENCY

The loan amount is the amount invested in any of the Company’s plans by the Lender through the Company’s website and/or the platform/portal. The currency is USDT only, can be transferred to the Company’s digital wallet address given by the Company on the platform/portal.

ARTICLE 3: REPAYMENT PLANS

The Company has 9 different loan repayment plans of 6 months, 12 months and 18 months, the Lender has the option to choose the right plan for his/her repayment.

ARTICLE 4: MONTHLY REPAYMENT

Based on the repayment plan chosen by the Lender, the Company is paying partial amount of the loan on a monthly (30 days) basis in USDT Currency. This payment will be credited to the Lender’s account with the Company’s platform/portal. The Lender has the option of transferring this amount to his/her wallet address with any other crypto wallets. Also, the Lender has the option to lend it back to the Company with a new loan transaction and repayment plan.

ARTICLE 5: TERMINATION OF THE LOAN CONTRACT BEFORE MATURITY DATE ‘EARLY TERMINATION”

The lender can terminate any plans only after 6 months from the date of start of the plan. The terms of termination after 6-month period are as below:
1- Deduction of 5% of the Loan amount as early termination fee
2- The Company will not pay partial monthly profit if the period is not completed 30 calendar days
3- Adjustment of all monthly profit repayments paid during the previous months to a new repayment plan, the Company will select the right plan based on the loan period and date of cancellation

ARTICLE 6: APPLICABLE/GOVERNING LAW

This Contract shall be construed with and governed by the laws of Czech Republic only, and the parties by their execution hereof shall be deemed to have submitted irrevocably to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Czech Republic. (No other Laws in any other Country is accepted).

Herein the Lender certifies and confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed with all the above terms and conditions.6

This Contract does not need the Lender’s signature, the Lender is accepting the whole contract electronically while creating a new account on the Company’s website and/or the platform/portal.
