Today, this electronic Referral Contract has been generated and agreed in full between:

LIONS CRYPTO, s.r.o., a limited Company incorporated in Czech Republic and legally located in Chudenická 1059/30, Hostivař, 102 00 Praha 10, Prague 15, Czech Republic, under trade license # 18034292 and registered with VASP, hereinafter called” the Company or Lions” And

The Referrer, who is signing up on Lions website/portal and interested in promoting and bringing investors globally for a commission, hereinafter called “the Referrer or You”.

Both the above Parties have agreed with the following terms and conditions:

ARTICLE 1: THE PREAMBLE

The above preceding preamble is part of this contract

ARTICLE 2: REFERRER RESPONSIBILITES

The main responsibility of the Referrer is to work hard and to be active in presenting “LIONS PROJECT” to potential investors and peruse them for investing with LIONS PLANS. We recommend to start with your family members, friends, your network and connections. The Company is not responsible for any advertising or social media expenses or any other expenses made by you to promote LIONS.

ARTICLE 3: THE COMPANY RESPONSIBILITES

The main responsibility of LIONS is to pay the Referrer bonus on investment amount and the monthly profits as long as the plan is running and active.

As a referrer you will receive a one-time bonus of 1% to 2% from the initial investor’s investment amount (depends on the investment period, longer period higher percentage), also, you will receive 10% of the Client’s monthly profits. These profits are paid to you as long as the client’s plan is running and active. As a referrer, you must sign in as investor, then, on the application’s dashboard, go to referral, get your “Referral ID”. You must ask investors introduced by you to add your referral ID while opening an account to enable the system to start calculating your bonus and monthly profits.
Note: The Company has the right to change the above bonus and the monthly profits structure whenever sees it’s necessary for changes. The Company will notify the Referrer for such changes accordingly.

The Company will pay your bonuses and monthly profits in USDT Currency by crediting your account with LIONS PLATFORM, you are free to withdraw your USDT or invest it with LIONS PLATFORM.

ARTICLE 4: APPLICABLE/GOVERNING LAW

This Contract shall be construed with and governed by the laws of Czech Republic only, and the parties by their execution hereof shall be deemed to have submitted irrevocably to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Czech Republic. (No other Laws in any other Country is accepted).

Herein the Referrer certifies and confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed with all the above terms and conditions.

This Contract does not need the Referrer’s signature, the Referrer is accepting the whole contract electronically while creating a new account on the Company’s website and/or the platform/portal.
